Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Drizzle the chicken breasts with oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken to the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven.
  8. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Rest, slice, and serve.
