Skewered shrimp with fruit and vegetables, grilled over medium heat until just opaque.

Directions

  1. Peel the shrimp and season in a large bowl.
  2. Thread onto skewers with fruit and vegetables.
  3. Preheat the grill to 350°F (medium heat).
  4. Place skewers in the center of the grill.
  5. Cook about 3 minutes, then flip.
  6. Cook another 3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn opaque, then remove from the grill.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
