Directions

  1. Peel the shrimp.
  2. Place the shrimp in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a stainless steel pan over medium-high heat until simmering.
  4. Add the shrimp to the pan — you want to hear them sizzle on contact.
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve.
