How to Cook Duck Leg Quarters

Duck leg quarters bring crisp skin and rich, slightly sweet meat — roast at 350°F until browned and serve like chicken quarters.

A Crowd Cow Field Guide

Crisp skin and rich, flavorful meat with a hint of sweetness are what make our duck leg quarters so delicious. Cook them as you would chicken leg quarters — they're perfect grilled, roasted or seared.

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

After fully thawed, remove the duck quarters from the packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.

Season with salt and pepper (or seasoning of your choice).

Place skin side up in roasting pan or skillet and cook for about 90 minutes until browned.
