How to Make Bacon
Bacon is just about as simple as stove-top cooking gets. It's easy! The key is not burning it. Unless you're into that, of course.
Ingredients
- Bacon Strips
- Olive oil or butter
- Cook time
- 5 minutes
Instructions
- Heat a large pan to medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter and let it melt.
- Add strips of bacon (they should sizzle) and cook 90 seconds to 3 minutes each side, to desired crispness.
