In 2003, Matt Maier founded Thousand Hills to restore the connection between healthy land, animals, and people. What started on his family’s land in Minnesota has grown into a national network of regenerative farms committed to Lifetime Grazing — with no grain, confinement, antibiotics, or synthetic inputs. Matt’s vision continues to lead the way in proving that better beef starts from the ground up.
