These were really disappointing. They were tough. Definitely prefer to supermarket filet Mignon to these. Also, one of the packages had a tiny hole. Seemed ok, but I worry about the quality control.

For the third time now, some of these steaks had broken seals on the packaging and when you thaw them blood goes everywhere. Not to mention they are very discolored and extremely dry. Three out of four were like that Christmas Eve and I was NOT happy. This may be my last shipment as it seems to happen on a regular basis. When Mishima Reserve shipped directly we never had that issue.
