This piece ended up being really tough and didn't cook well, even when we used a meat thermometer to get to the exact temperature required for a good medium rare ribeye. We've liked our previous thinner cuts a lot better

All my meat came defrosted. I think most of it is not good. The chicken is not getting eaten. Totally upset over this. We brought it in right after it Was delivered today at 5pm. It did not sit outside and there was not a vomit of dry ice unlike what was stated of 30lbs of dry ice. There was none or it melted because the driver drove around all day and didn’t deliver this till 5pm !!
