Vacuum seal was compromised can’t get a hold of Support. I have no idea of knowing if this meat thawed and spoiled prior to arrival. It was frozen upon arrival, but this is a continuous problem with crowd, cow, and the vacuum seals being compromised.

It was very concerning that we found bone shards in the ground beef. My husband almost broke his tooth on a piece and then he found a SECOND bone shard. That can cause intestinal injury such as a perforation, they should really think about their safety protocols. We got 4 packages, two were fine and the third has bobe shards but it is very concerning.
