The chicken was delicious, but I would rate it higher if it were not such an odd shape, which of course is not controllable most likely, but made it difficult to carve and serve to look presentable for guests. It was difficult to carve slices from the breast portion which made it necessary to pull apart by hand. But that is the nature of the beast I suppose

We keep getting a few pieces of chicken that is not edible- it taste like rubber no matter how you prepare it. The breast are too big which means the chickens are probably being fed too much for mass production. Bring back pasture raised chicken breast, please!!!!

We love your bacon - BUT this last time, one of the packs had slices that were very thin, and had very little fat, so when we baked it, we had to add oil and then it still turned out kind of like jerky. That was the first pack. We have faith that the next 3 packs will be different.
