The chicken has a weird white appearance to it and it is very stringy. I’ve never seen this on the chicken breast when it’s raw it’s kind of gross I want to chicken is cooked it’s very tough.

I don't know if I cooked the pork tenderloin incorrectly -20 min. at 350. Sadly, it was dry, tough and not much flavor compared to grocery store pork tenderloins. I was SO disappointed as I eat a lot of pork. I ordered 3 of them from your company ,hoping the others will be much better. My dinner tonight is your sea bass. Being hopeful! Thank you.
