The chicken was so moist! It was barely any fat it was easy to do I just loved it I roasted it twice im gonna fry it today! This is the real chicken my mother grew up with not the oversized pieces it is the perfect size and tasty it didn't take that much seasoning either!

I did need to cook about 20 minutes longer to reach temperature, 60-70 minutes unstuffed was not enough. Chicken was very moist. Also do not recommend cooking on a baking sheet as one recipe noted, too many juices.
