First box, first thing to cook. All items arrived frozen solid…yay. Opened the packs of tenderloins…juicy and moist when thawed. Great sign. It rained so grilling outside was out of the question. So I Pan seared in butter in cast iron pan. Just basting with butter, Montreal steak seasoning and some fresh garlic. I’m not a great cook but this steak was amazing. It tasted like beef should…flavorful, not bland, tender… Just wonderful. Even cold (snacking later) boyfriend loved it too. I would rather eat less meat but have this restaurant + quality at home! So far, so very good! Can’t wait to try the rest.

Everything we get from Crowd Cow is delicious! I buy all my meat from you. The Strip Steak is a particular favorite in our home. But have to mention the Kurubuto pork can't be beat. And we've been spoiled with your delicious bacon. Hope you are able to keep up the quality suppliers.
