Sadly, I wasn’t able to try it because it arrived warm. It was already a resend because of that issue, and I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble because the customer service person was so nice before. I guess the backlog in the shipping system is just to far behind currently.

The cut weighed only 15oz (not 16) and there was A LOT of excess fat all around. In the end, there was barely enough to feed 2 people. The cuts advertised look nothing like the cut I received (not even close). I have purchased much better cuts of Wagyu A5 from Costco!
