The strip steak was pretty good, I ate the whole steak. I find that if the meat is good quality you can eat more without filling up. The only complaint I have is that the meat lacked in flavor a little. But I have more to try and will look forward to trying it again.

These were the most succulent, tender, flavorful steaks I have ever had. I just sprinkled them with my homemade seasoned salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper and put them on the grill till they were medium rare. Wow my husband and I couldn't believe how good they were. They were a generous 12 oz. so we couldn't finish them but had them the next day cold in salad and they were stupendous again. I will be buying more!!!!!
