This is my second time ordering these and they are very good, only this time, 3 of the packages weren't vacuumed sealed, they actually had air in the bags... not sure where the blame falls, I'm suspecting its FED-EX, they dont take very good care of the boxes, my box even had a hole in it..

Tasted very good in a sheet pan recipe that involved leeks, potatoes and lemons. The package leaked however. Glad I placed it on a plate in my refrigerator
