Standard delivery arrives one to two business days after your payment, to most ZIP codes in the lower 48 states. At checkout you'll see your estimated delivery date, where you can also pick a different day or upgrade to next-day priority.

Need it fast? Priority shipping gets your box there the next day — order by 10am local time, Monday through Thursday, on orders under 20 lbs (weekends and holidays excluded).

Standard shipping is free on orders over $199 — or over $149 for subscribers. Below that, it's a flat $19.99.

Priority (next-day) shipping is an extra $29.99 on top of standard. Every box ships with plenty of dry ice to keep your order frozen the whole way.

You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet. Open My Orders, select the order, and choose Cancel Order. If your order is already on its way, chat with us and we'll help right away.

Yes — as long as the order hasn't shipped. Go to My Orders, pick the order, and choose Change to select a new date. If you don't see Change, the order has already shipped and the date is locked. Placing your first order? You can choose your delivery date during checkout.

Your delivery date appears at checkout and on My Orders. Once your box ships, we'll email you tracking — and you can follow it any time from My Orders → Track Shipment.

Don't worry if the dry ice is gone. As long as the meat is still partially frozen or very cold to the touch, it's perfectly safe. A box that arrives cold but without dry ice is actually ideal — it means we packed exactly enough to get your order there safely, and it sublimated away before arrival.
