Duck sausage cooks much like pork sausage — sear, then steam to finish through.

Directions

  1. Add oil to a pan.
  2. Cook the duck sausages undisturbed for 2 minutes.
  3. Rotate and continue cooking until evenly browned.
  4. Add a splash of water and cover briefly to steam through.
  5. Remove from heat and rest for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve.
