Directions

  1. Season the fillet with salt and pepper and coat in olive oil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a stainless steel pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place skin-side down and cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Once the edges of the fillet begin to look cooked, flip.
  5. Cook for another 2 to 4 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve.
