Directions

  1. Lightly oil the steak and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes, then continue flipping every minute until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  5. Let rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve.
