How long do you cook chicken breasts on the grill?

With grill closed and let the chicken breast cook for 5-6 minutes. Then flip, and grill the other side for an additiional 5-6 minutes. Meat thermometer should read 165°.

How do you grill chicken without drying it out?
  1. Place water and salt in a large bowl and stir.
  2. Place chicken breast between folded parchment paper and pound with a rolling pin until uniformly thick.
  3. Place breasts in salt water for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove breasts, pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
