Will my recurring box be the same every time?
We've learned that our customers love variety! Which is why your membership is totally customizable, and you'll always get the final say over what's packed in each of your recurring boxes. We'll build your next box based on your preferences and our current inventory, then send you an email and text message when it's ready for review. Here, you'll be able to swap out items, add to your box or reschedule your delivery.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes! You have complete control — you can change your delivery date before or after you place your order and up until we begin packing your box. You can push out the delivery date of your recurring box or change the frequency of your orders with no penalty.
Does the offer expire?
Yes. Our free Summer Seafood Box offer is valid until 8/15/2021 or while supplies last. We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time in its sole discretion and substitute another promotion in its place.
