- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Prep time
- 2 minutes
- Cook time
- 10 minutes
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip, cook an additional 4 minutes (continue to flip every minute until internal temp is 135℉.)
- Remove from the skillet and let rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Slice & serve!
