Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut out spine and flatten chicken
  2. Rub skin with oil and generously season with salt and pepper
  3. Roast for 60-75 minutes at 375ºF until internal temperature reaches 165ºF
