How to Pan-Sear Salmon
Pan-seared salmon is golden and crispy on top and perfectly cooked in the center. This is a super easy cooking method for salmon. We love it paired with rice, seared onions and bok choy!
Ingredients
- Salmon Filets of choice
- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- Prep time
- 2 minutes
- Cook time
- 10 minutes
Instructions
- Season with salt & pepper & coat in olive oil.
- Heat up olive oil in a stainless steel pan to medium-high - until oil is shimmering.
- Place salmon skin side down, cook about 4-6 minutes.
- Once the fillet edges start to get cooked flip it over.
- Cook for about 2-4 more minutes.
- Remove and serve!
