Better than prime? I expected much, much more from what they advertised. Barely better than your average choice sirloin at your local grocery store.

Disappointed. Being a lot more expensive than standard rib steak, I expected good marbling and a decent chunk of tasty meat. However, almost half the steak was just pure fat (lard) that I had to cut out. The marbling was better but not very noticeable. Would not buy again.
