So tasty! We pan seared then melted butter in pan and basted until done. Salt, pepper and steak seasoning. Hubby put his qhole on a burger bun, I sliced mine and put it on a bun too. It was AWESOME! Very filling and decadent. Very happy.

I love a nice steak...but, during Covid, I've been grinding my own meat. These little steaks are great for grinding in the food processor and using in dishes that call for ordinary hamburger. I love Crowd Cow!!
