I would not consider this “thick-cut.” It is thin by comparison to your previous heritage bacon offerings. I enjoyed the flavor, but I can get better, thick-cut bacon locally. I am disappointed that I can no longer get the same bacon from your site as in years past.

I like my bacon a little leaner and I like cook mine in the oven. This did not do well in oven. Next time I will go stove top.
