It was a delicious steak but the marbling left a little to be desired.

So much flavor in this beef. All I add to season it is a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the meat and grill or pan fry in a dry skillet. So good without anything other than a plain bun & a slice of ripe tomato if you have it.

I can never go back to store bought ground beef ever again! I needed some ground beef for spaghetti and bought the best store bought black angus I could get locally. I had extra so thought perfect time for a taste comparison and there is no comparison. I couldn’t believe I’ve been eating this for so long. I’ll never have anything but Wagyu burgers ever again!
