This was very fresh and juicy. Put it on the grill and pulled off at 165 and rested for 5 min. Then made two large chicken salads. There was enough left to slice thin for two - three sandwiches. Super tasty!!

These were the most succulent, tender, flavorful steaks I have ever had. I just sprinkled them with my homemade seasoned salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper and put them on the grill till they were medium rare. Wow my husband and I couldn't believe how good they were. They were a generous 12 oz. so we couldn't finish them but had them the next day cold in salad and they were stupendous again. I will be buying more!!!!!
