Our Wagyu Filet Mignon is a luxurious cut of meat that comes from the smaller end of the tenderloin. Our pasture-raised wagyu is finished on local grains and grasses resulting in a flavor profile that is intense and beefy, with a buttery texture. Filet mignon can be cooked by roasting, grilling, or pan-frying. For best results, cook filet mignon to medium-rare or medium.
