Pederson’s Natural Farms began in 1992 making their now-famous uncured bacon — with no sugar added and using just the essential ingredients. Since then, they’ve followed up with an even greater product selection, including breakfast links, sausages and, Crowd Cow seasonal favorite, Uncured Heritage Ham. All animals are raised with care, always without growth hormones or antibiotics, and are fed a nutritious vegetarian diet.
