The last two orders contained stakes with gristle. Two orders ago it was one steak. The last one had two. Perhaps you might suggest a substitute item.

I had a problem with these patties. They were much thinner than my last order and fell apart as I laid them on the grill. I lost a significant portion that fell through the grate and ended up in the fire. Not acceptable! I love the prior patties that were much thicker and had no issues.
