Pederson’s Natural Farms began in 1992 making their now-famous uncured bacon — with no sugar added and using just the essential ingredients. Since then, they’ve followed up with an even greater product selection, including breakfast links, sausages and, Crowd Cow seasonal favorite, Uncured Heritage Ham.

All Pederson's animals are raised with care, without growth hormones or antibiotics, and are fed a nutritious vegetarian diet.

Pederson’s simple but strict standards extend to their products, ensuring they are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients, nitrates, and MSG. The hogs are humanely raised, crate-free, and develop at their natural rate using environmentally safe practices.

Pederson’s Natural Farms collaborates with family farmers across the United States to raise Duroc-cross pigs—a heritage breed known for exceptional marbling, juiciness, flavor, and tenderness.

Their smoked products use all-natural wood chips for extra flavor, and seasonings are absorbed over time, not injected all at once. With a simple, clean ingredient list, Pederson lets the rich taste of their meat take center stage.
