Kobe Beef is shorthand for the world's most iconic luxury meat. Only eight U.S. retailers hold a license to sell it, and only thirty-seven U.S. restaurants are certified to serve it. Crowd Cow is honored to be among them, working directly with Kobe farmers and processors as an official member of the Kobe Beef Association.
