Steps:
Peel shrimp and season in large bowl
Place shrimp on skewer w/ fruit & veggies
Preheat grill to 350°F or medium heat
Place skewers on center of grill
Cook about 3 minutes then flip
Cook additional 3 minutes or until opaque, then remove from grill
Let rest for 5 minutes

Cooking Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Season with salt & pepper, & coat in olive oil
3. Place on a nonstick baking pan or cast iron
4. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F
5. Serve

Cooking Directions
1. Rinse and pat scallops dry
2. Season with salt
3. Heat pan up to medium-high heat
4. Add butter and avocado oil to the pan - melt until simmering
5. Add sea scallops to the pan - keep from touching
6. Cook for a minute and a half on each side until golden brown
7. Serve Immediately
