    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    In a bowl, combine garlic, thyme, and sage. Set aside.

    Season tenderloin with salt and pepper, rubbing all over to distribute evenly.

    In a large cast iron skillet, heat oil until shimmering.

    Add tenderloin to the pan and sauté on all sides until golden brown.

    Move tenderloin to the baking sheet and coat with the seasoning mix. Drizzle with olive oil.

    Wrap in foil and bake until pork reaches 145°F internally at the widest part of the tenderloin (about 22 minutes).
