How to Cook Top Sirloin

Steps

  1. Remove thawed steak from packaging and place on a cutting board.
  2. Pat dry.
  3. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat pan over medium-high heat with oil and herbs.
  5. Sear steak about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Baste with juices while continuing to cook.
  7. Continue flipping the steak every 1–2 minutes until internal temp reaches 135°F.
  8. Remove from pan and let rest for 5–10 minutes.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
