Pacific Cod is a lean fish so it’s easier to overcook. It’s best cooked over medium-high to high heat, and is delicious fried and served as fish and chips! We recommend adding oil or butter to this fish or breading it when baking or grilling. It’s best cooked at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
