Directions

  1. Toss the stir-fry beef with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or wok until it's just shy of smoking.
  3. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring, until each piece is cooked through.
  4. Serve over rice with garlicky greens.
