    Combine all of the lamb chop marinade ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag with the chops; seal and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.

    Place on a lightly oiled grill and cook to your preferred level of doneness.

    For the whipped feta and white beans, combine all dip ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whirl until smooth; taste and season, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
