Roast Beef Sandwiches with Roasted Bone Marrow

Roasted marrow gives new life to the tried-and-true roast beef sandwich.

    Roast marrow bones at 400°F for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly but keep warm.

    Scoop out the marrow and spread a bit inside one half of a baguette.

    On top of the marrow, layer the roast beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

    On the baguette top, spread mustard and mayonnaise.

    Close the sandwich and repeat for all five.
