Our pre-seasoned Meatloaf is made with American purebred Wagyu ground beef, bread crumbs, and a blend of spices that lifts the classic dish.
Thaw
Thaw the meatloaf in the refrigerator the night before you plan to cook it, or defrost in the microwave.
Prep the pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the meatloaf from its plastic film and place it in a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan, or shape it into a loaf and place it on a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Discard the plastic film.
Bake
Bake on the center rack for 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest and serve
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve.
