  1. Rub steak with oil and season with salt & pepper
  2. Cut steak into 3 equal pieces to fit in pan.
  3. Sear steak and flip every 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Baste with juices.
  5. Remove when internal temperature reaches 135°F
  6. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
