Ingredients

  • Two NY strip steaks
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Hawaiian sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh thyme
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Unsalted butter

Directions

Steak

  1. Thaw the steaks in the fridge overnight.
  2. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Sear in a pan over medium-high heat, 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Melt butter with fresh thyme and spoon it over the steak.
  5. Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Roasted potatoes

  1. Wash and quarter the red potatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.

Roasted asparagus

  1. Wash and trim the ends.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Roast at 425°F for about 10 minutes.
