Grill or bake these ready-to-cook kabobs for a fast, flavorful weeknight dinner.

Instructions

  1. Unwrap kabobs from packaging.

To Grill

  1. Preheat grill and sear kabobs for 1-2 minutes, until chicken has changed color about a quarter of the way up from the bottom.
  2. Turn and sear on the other side.
  3. Reduce heat to low, turning frequently to prevent burning.
  4. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.

To Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and arrange kabobs in the pan.
  3. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
