Soy-Glazed Kalbi Ribs (Easy & Simple)

An easy soy-glazed kalbi recipe — marinate, grill, and finish with a glossy reduction of the marinade.

    Mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, water and cornstarch together in a bowl. Add the ribs and allow the mixture to fully coat the ribs. Let marinate for at least two hours.

    Heat a grill to high heat. Remove the ribs from the bowl and place on the grill. Reserve the marinade. Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes per side, and remove from the grill.

    Add the reserved marinade to a pan, and add the chicken stock. Bring to a boil and cook until a thick glaze forms. Remove from heat and spoon over ribs.
