Steps

  1. Remove your thawed pork chop from the packaging and place it on a cutting board.
  2. Drizzle both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the pork chop into the pan once it's hot.
  5. Sear for two minutes, undisturbed.
  6. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the hot pan.
  7. Flip and baste with the juices.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. The internal temperature should be 155°F.
  9. Let your pork chop rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes.
  10. Slice and enjoy.
