Instructions

  1. Remove the thawed stir-fry beef from its packaging and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a cast-iron skillet or wok over high heat.
  5. Cook for 4–5 minutes, until each piece is cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with garlicky greens and rice.
