How to Grill Ribeye Steak

Easy ribeye on the grill: oil, salt, pepper, and a quick sear for juicy, tender steak with great flavor.

Ribeyes are the perfect cut of steak to grill. With just a little oil and salt and pepper these are easy to prep and cook for a final result that is juicy, tender and full of flavor.

Steps

  1. Oil ribeyes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to 350°F (medium heat).
  3. Place ribeyes in the center of the grill over direct heat.
  4. Cook about 4-5 minutes, then rotate 45° for grill marks.
  5. Grill another 4-5 minutes, then flip.
  6. Cook another 4-5 minutes, then rotate.
  7. Finish cooking for 4-5 minutes or until internal temp reaches 135°F.
  8. Remove from grill and rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
